Quick Tip
The Password Reset feature can allow you to reset a lost password if:
  • you have previously set security questions and answers
  • you remember your Login ID
  • you have administrator privileges
If you have not met any of the above conditions, please contact one of your account administrators or try Customer Care at 1.888.575.6398 to reset your password.
   
Enter Login ID

To reset your password, you must first enter your Login ID, and then you will be prompted to answer the security questions you have previously set up.

Password reset is only available for administrators of the account.


    1. Your Login ID looks like an email address, for example you@register.cnchost.com.
